Senior Retail Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop assortment selections and execute OTB that can drive the overall business goals for the assigned brand in Hong Kong

Assistant Graphic Designer

Design & Creative

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop product illustration

  • Design graphic elements for home textile products

  • Illustrate packaging idea

  • Develop mult-purpose graphic design initiatives and visual content for online and offline communications and artwork adaptation

  • Develop marketing and promotional materials, branding advertising, event management and digital marketing

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising concept of window display and in-store installation, including theme design, props-setting

  • Assist in sourcing, liaison and coordinate with external vendors for ordering and production

 


Requirements:

 

  • Degree or diploma holder in Multi-Media, Graphic Design, Textile Design or related disciplines

  • Proficient knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign 

  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, 3DMAX, or other 3D modeling softwares is a plus

  • Fresh Grad is welcome

  • Work experience in graphic design is a plus

  • Basic knowledge in textile is a plus

  • Innovative, strong creative sense and good insight design trend

  • A Self-motivated, independent with good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop suitable and effective sourcing strategies, both by vendor and country and region

  • Aggressively drive price negotiation and work closely with design and PD teams to discover potential cost saving ideas without damaging the quality and aesthetic of the styles

  • Review and evaluate vendor performance and manage them to configure improvement plans

  • Monitor compliance and sustainability levels of vendors to ensure ethical targets are achieved

  • Proactively lead sourcing in potential new sourcing regions or vendors including emerging markets in order to achieve competitive cost without compromising lead-time and quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sourcing and product development 

  • Extensive experience with developing global sourcing strategy with diversified country matrix and risk profile analysis

  • Experience across multiple product categories and distribution channels

  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written, analytical and negotiation skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
