Digital Printing
Digital Printing is using ink-jet based printers to print digital files onto fabric. It supports to print design, a pattern or an image directly from the computer onto the fabric by using a large format digital printing machine, also known as an ink-jet printer.
Flat Screen Printing
Flat Screen Printing is using a stationary screen to print colors and patterns onto fabric. It supports to lower the screen onto the printed area and the printing paste is wiped with a squeegee. As the machine only allows printing one color at a time, the first color is printed on the whole length of the fabric while the dried fabric is prepared for the second cycle until the pattern is completed.
Rotary Screen Printing
Rotary Screen Printing is using an engraved roller to print colors and patterns onto fabric. It supports to press the squeegee in a fixed position at a consistent speed. The rotary screen allows the bead of ink to roll and flood the screen without a flood bar. The ink is then transferred cleanly onto the fabric.
Piece-dye Jacquard
Piece-dye Jacquard is using a loom and various materials to create a specially woven fabric. It supports to boast large construction diversity from percale to sateen. In the Piece-dye process, the fabric is firstly woven or knitted using greige yarns and dyed itself in a single color. The fabric can have different color depths due to different constructions.
Yarn-dye Jacquard
Yarn-dye Jacquard is sharing the same technique as Piece-dye Jacquard to create a specially woven fabric. It supports to boast enormous pattern diversity from Matelasse and brocade to floral and plaid. In the Yarn-dye process, yarns are firstly dyed and woven or knitted into the fabric. The fabric can have different colors and patterns due to the combination of dyed yarns.
Embroidery
Embroidery is using a needle to apply decorative stitching designs onto fabric. It can be done by hand or machine which supports to have various compositions with embellishments such as pearls, sequins, and beads.
Quilting
Quilting is using a thread and needle to sew two or more layers of fabric together to make a thicker padded material. It can be done by hand or machine which supports to fill down or cotton and stitch two other fabrics together in crisscross lines.
